How we handle your data

We are a small family-run business, and we do not sell your personal data. Sensitive immigration information is encrypted before it is stored. Our goal is that your immigration answers and documents stay private to you and are not readable by us. Because of this, if you lose your recovery key or case password, we may not be able to recover your case.
